I'm a beginner. Where do I start?
To create an account at osebeads.co.in click "Login" at the top of the page. New members fill in your contact information and you're ready to begin shopping our selection. and there will be a special discount or a offer which is only available for registered customer.

How do I find a specific item on your site?
If you are looking for something specific, try our search engine located on the top right on our OSE beads web site pages. If you still don’t find what you want email: info@osebeads.co.in or call us at; +91-7506141420, +91-22-67492574 and we will let you know if we can get the item for you.

Q: Why I can’t find an item that I had seen before?
If you can’t find a item that you had seen before in this website, that means it is either temporarily out of stock or discontinued. Please try to find a substitute that match the best.

Q: What are the opening hours for asking enquiry?
Monday to Saturday 11:00am – 7:00pm. Sunday there will be a holiday

Q: How do I set up my account?
Easy! Click "SIGN IN” on the home page (upper right corner), and follow the instructions. Once you've filled out the form you can log in and start shopping.

I forgot my password, how do I get logged back in?
If you forgot your password, you may request a new ONE TIME use only password via e-mail. Just fill in your e-mail address at the login page and it will be sent to you.

How do I update my information?
It is easy to update your ose account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'.

• Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids

Please note :
1.Due to stock variety, colour or shape of mixed products may vary from photo sample shown on our website.
2. Since some pieces are handmade there may be slight discrepancies in the enameling, colour / size of the beads. These won’t be visible when worn and they should not be considered as defects.
3.Care Instruction: Handle with care. Make sure you do not spray perfume/deo onto the product and keep away from moisture. It’s a good practice to wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth before replacing into the box after use.

Ordering FAQ

Do you sell wholesale?
We sell wholesale. Wholesale enquiry is separately taken care of through email and discounts are offered, after consultation with vendors.

While not categorically a wholesale site, OSE beads takes into consideration the total merchandise value of your order and offers discounts

Q: What is the minimum purchase required for wholesale?
There is a wholesale purchases. The minimum 3000 rupee and 200kg per purchase required for wholesale.

Do you have a catalogue?
We do have a traditional printed catalogue, but we think our website is pretty nifty.

May I place an order over the phone?

How do I place an order?
Once you have found the item you wish to purchase simply click the "add to cart" button. Each time you add an item to your cart you'll be taken to your shopping cart where you can:
• Change the quantity of any item in your cart
• Delete any item in your cart
• Continue shopping
• Enter a coupon or gift code before paying
• Proceed to checkout

Note that you can easily navigate back to your cart by clicking the "Cart & Checkout" link located at the top of every page.

Q: How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been logged, we confirm receipt of the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this mail, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered with the pricing and other details of products and the expected delivery time. You will also be notified by Email and Messages when we are ready to ship the item(s) to you, we will also mail you an invoice and the courier changes for the same along with our bank details upon. Receipt of the payment we will ship the items to you.

Q: Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are available for sale. Please use the 'Notify Me' feature to be informed of the product's availability at OSE beads.

Yes. We will send you our bank details….

Q: My cart emptied out, what happened?
Contact us immediately!

Can I shop for a period of days without losing the contents of my cart?
Yes. OSE beads has a perpetual cart, meaning that the contents of your cart won't disappear even if you must. And by logging in you can use another computer to continue your order.

How does the Wish list work?
Not ready for commitment? No Problem. Instead of selecting "Add to Cart", you can select "Add to Wish list" located directly below the add to cart button. It's easy to navigate back to your wish list (or cart) from the navigation links located at the top of every page.

Why do I see different prices for the same product?
A product could be listed under different prices. There could be several sellers offering you the same product but at a different price. That is the nature of the marketplace.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on osebeads.co.in?
It is necessary to have an account to shop for items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own OSE Beads account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations, quicker checkout.

SHIPPING FAQ

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
If Logistics does not cover your pin code area, we cannot ship to your area.

Why is my package delayed in shipping?
In some cases, courier does not pick parcel at time due to holiday or excess load with them or some other reason, as such pickup is done next day so your parcel may be delayed by a day or 2.

I need to return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up?
If any customers want to be returned any item* then customer have to arrange courier, we don’t have return pickup facilities.

Does OSE Beads deliver internationally?
No. We will be starting soon. Please give us message. We will inform you soon.

What are the delivery charges?

Courier FAQ

How does the delivery process work?
All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will be informed when the seller ships your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number.

How are items packaged?
The products are packed in corrugated boxes or polythene bags, depending on the number/weight/dimension of products.

Are in-transit products insured?
The products are not insured but we provide best packing of all goods dispatched from osebeads.co.in

How can I track the status of my order?
Once an order is shipped, tracking details provided via mail / WhatsApp [mostly next day] you can use tracking number from related courier site otherwise contact info@osebeads.co.in

CANCELLATION & RETURNS FAQ

If you have received damaged and/or missing items please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at 07506141420or you can e-mail return@osebeads.co.in with complete details also share pictures of damaged products to initiate return process faster.

We accept returns on merchandise if the following applies:
• Items are in original packaging or stringing
• In full quantity ordered
• Within 2 Days of receiving
• Any shipping discounts received on the original order will not be credited in a return.

The following items are not returnable unless defective: Jewellery, discontinued items, closeout items, or special-order items. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return form so we may quickly and accurately process your return

Payment FAQ

Q: What payment methods do you Accept?
Once you place the order than send it to invoice and transfer to your account. Than only you will get delivery we don’t have COD (cash on delivery) facility.

Return Policy

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the shipment to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item.

Please Note :
• We DO NOT accept returns of ear wires, cut chain, broken strands etc.
• Returned items must be in re-sellable condition, in original packaging and free from defects.
• If you are not satisfied with your order, please call us immediately for a Return Authorization.
• Please include a copy of your invoice and packing slip when returning items.
• All returns and exchanges received after 7 days from the date you receive them will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
• All items must be in resalable condition. Strand items must be uncut.
• Please return items in the same packaging you received them. No credit will be given for items that arrive damaged.
• Credit will be applied to your account for use towards future purchases.
• No credit card refunds will be given.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of the invoice.
